Pilates and Pearls

I started teaching Pilates about three years ago. Prior to teaching Pilates I worked as a NASM certified personal trainer, I taught SUP and SUP Yoga, worked as bicycle tour guide, and I taught senior fitness classes. Pilates makes life better, because Pilates makes you feel better. Feeling better makes life better. The inner strength we build in our physical bodies also lends to inner strength in our emotional bodies- even spiritual bodies if one so leans. I’ll take more of that, please!
