Welcome to my Disney world I am a pastry chef who loves all things Disney. Come on my adventures with me of re-creating fun and delicious Disney dishes. I fell in love with Disneyland when I was just a young child and I love the food at Disneyland and Walt Disney world. My first experience with food and wine festival was at Walt Disney World several years ago and that has started me on a path of re-creating some of the best Disney dishes out there. For me as a pastry chef I’ll look at it as a complement to those world-famous Disney chefs to re-create and re-envision the most delectable dishes Disney has to offer. Along the way I will also share my love of all things Disney including unboxing hauls and one of my favorite Disney things diamond art.
