Pearson Fitness and Performance (PFP)

Welcome to Pearson Fitness & Performance's YouTube channel. 

PFP is a leading GYM in Ireland with an ethos that focusing on providing excellent coaching and programming. The gym is a members only facility, offering a huge variety of services which are detailed below. 

Nigel Pearson opened PFP in May 2013 and now works alongside two other coaches in PFP. The services offered by PFP GYM include gym membership, gym classes, personal training, athlete testing and programming, injury rehab, powerlifting coaching & programming, team S & C, sports masssage, bootcamps, youth training and nutrition advice. 

PFP's channel has a wide range of tutorial videos as well as sample videos giving an insight into life in PFP and our ethos.
