Béatrice Beer, Soprano: The Official Channel

A native of Nice, France, and an alumna of the Manhattan School of Music with graduate studies at the Juilliard School, Soprano Béatrice Beer has been hailed as a “true Puccini soprano in a class of her own”, “gifted with a distinctive sound”.

She was awarded First Prize at the international IMKA Vocal Competition and won the Silver Medal at the prestigious Global Music Awards for a CD of her father’s arias with International Dramatic Baritone, conductor and stage director Robert McFarland. 

Equally at home on the operatic, concert or presenter stage where she revives the music of her father, the late “Holocaust Composer” Joseph Beer, Ms. Beer, a student of Maestro Robert McFarland, performed a highly successful recital-lecture of her father’s music in Leeds (UK) a couple of years ago with BBC Radio coverage. She will perform the Soprano lead role of Amelia in Giuseppe Verdi’s Masked Ball this summer with the Atlantic Coast Opera Festival.
