Qtum Foundation

Qtum is an open sourced public blockchain platform, with mainnet launched in September 2017, leveraging the security of the UTXO protocol (Unspent Transaction Output) while enabling smart contracts on multiple virtual machines including EVM and the revolutionary x86 VM. Qtum is Proof of Stake based and boasts a Decentralized Governance Protocol (DGP) allowing specific blockchain settings to be modified by making use of smart contracts. For instance, the block size of Qtum can be increased without a hard fork.

The Qtum Foundation is registered in Singapore, with the team located in China, the Americas, Europe, Scandinavia, Africa, and other locations. Learn more at https://qtum.org
