Monika Lejman

This channel is for women who know they are changing, and are ready to meet that change with curiosity, courage, and a deeper connection to themselves.

I’m Monika Lejman: a lifelong movement educator, dance and yoga teacher, RTT therapist, and woman navigating the realities of midlife in real time. I don’t believe vitality comes from chasing youth or pretending everything is fine. I believe it grows when we listen to the body, understand what it needs, and reconnect with the parts of ourselves we may have left behind.

Here you’ll find movement that supports the body you live in now, conversations about perimenopause, menopause, healthy aging and emotional well-being, alongside guided journaling, meditation, and honest reflections from my own life.

This is where body, mind, and heart meet. No fake perfection and no one-size-fits-all answers—just grounded guidance, lived wisdom, and practical ways to feel stronger, more connected, and more alive.
