Fitness Workouts & Conversations

I am qualified personal trainer and have always loved exercise and the way it makes me feel and I have been lucky enough to work with many clients over the years to not only help them to become stronger and fitter but to feel more confident and happier with who they are. My work brings me immense joy & happiness but having been diagnosed with Young Onset Parkinsons in March 2021 aged 46 I was not sure what that meant for my job, day to day living & the future. Having spent much time researching what I could do to manage my Parkinsons symptoms it became apparent very quickly than exercise is one of the best ingredients, which was not only a relief but gave me the impetus to ensure that others were aware of this, as well as looking into nutrition, alternative & complimentary therapies & most of all speaking to others living with YOPD.

My exercise videos include Strength, HIIT and Kettlebell workouts are suitable for everyone and I hope that you enjoy them.
