Kyle Sims - Production Real Estate Group

Real Estate Professional with the "Production Real Estate Team." We work hard and play hard. Besides business, my passions are acting, writing, speaking and sports!

Kyle is a native Texan and actor/model growing up. He was eventually faced with a hard decision of choosing to play sports with his school friends, over acting. When Kyle began his journey in the real estate industry, it only seemed natural for him to produce real estate videos for marketing his properties. This is how #starvingactorsellinghouses developed. The passion will always be there for acting but it has gradually grown stronger for all aspects of real estate. He discovered he enjoys helping his clients with finding their dream home or providing investment growth to them through real estate opportunities. While Kyle continues in residential, he has teamed up with an experienced, successful KW Commercial broker to expand his business into the Commercial real estate world too.
