Anaahat - Fitter Within

I didn’t step into this work by choice.
Life brought me here
When my husband went through a difficult emotional phase, it impacted our entire life. That’s when I turned to meditation… trying to understand the deeper mind-body connection.
What started as a search became a 15-year journey.
Even while writing for TV shows like Kumkum Bhagya, Kalash, Kasam, my own body was showing signs—frozen shoulder, acidity, constant inflammation. That’s when I realised… the body holds what the mind doesn’t process.
Today, as a Psychosomatic Practitioner & Yoga Therapist, I work with leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals who seem successful on the outside—but feel stuck within.
Through breathwork, awareness, and inner work, I help them shift patterns—not just manage symptoms.
This is not about quick fixes.
This is about self-mastery.
