Equal Representation Academia (ERA)

Ektaa CIC presents the Equal Representation in Academia (ERA) initiative founded by Dr. Mohani-Preet Kaur Dhillon. ERA aims to raise the awareness of academic research careers for students from under-represented backgrounds and thereby facilitate the academic career path for those wanting to follow this route. One way in which ERA does this is by providing students from these backgrounds with funded research placements, career coaching and access to mentoring.
