Our mission at Center Stage Fitness & Aerial Arts is to have the emphasis on our client’s fitness and health goals.  We want to improve the overall health and quality of life for each of our members with a variety of pole dance fitness programs that inspire, challenge and create transformations in body mind and spirit.

Our goal is to provide our members with a safe, fun-filled, and soul-enhancing environment with effective fitness exercise classes and equipment. We envision helping all of our members reach personal goals both physically and mentally, which will improve their health, spirit and self-esteem. We believe that total wellness is a life long journey, not a destination. We recognize that we are successful when our members feel successful.
