Mum Fit Wonder

I am Lauren, Mum to two little tots, and a certified personal trainer with qualifications in Circuits, HIIT, Pound, Pre/Post Natal Exercise, Aerobics and Body Balance. I run classes in the Surrey area for Mums with Babies, Parents with Active Tots, Family Fitness, and Adult Only HIIT and Pound classes.

I know first hand it's not easy fitting it all in - jam packed weekly routines, crammed workloads, ankle biters running rings around you, and a persistent tide of laundry to battle – leading a healthy lifestyle can sometimes go out the window along with your sanity.

My aim is to offer support, guidance, and motivation in the form of live or virtual classes, healthy tips, workout solutions, nutritional hacks and just a bit of light hearted relief for people whose lives are full to the brim.
