Music for Mind

We are currently in a mental health crisis. Everyone should have the support needed to get through this incredibly anxious and uncertain time.
Many of us turn to music when we want to express our feelings that seem impossible to explain. Music is a huge part of our lives and can be invaluable when working through mental health issues! Participate in some online musical activities and promote this cause!

Watch our documentary as we talk to professionals, professors and students about mental health and music. Listen to some of the music they have been able to create and explore the wonderful opportunities music presents! Premieres Sunday 13th December - Friday 18th December @ 4pm.
