Montclair Shukokai Karate

This is an unlisted channel for Montclair Shukokai Karate. We are thinking outside of the box and creating new class videos for students during this unprecedented time. We would like to give all students the opportunity to continue their Shukokai experience. This exclusive channel has been established to allow you and/or your child to make progress in skills wherever you are. This videos are fun, interactive and will focus on kata and technique. These are things we can all practice at home , on the porch or in the backyard to keep our minds and bodies strong! Even Little Dragons (3-4 year olds) can check in, stay active and have fun with Sempai Lynn. Love and health to all.
