Flowing Body Pilates

Welcome to Flowing Body Academy: Reformer Pilates education for aspiring instructors, qualified teachers and students who want to deepen their understanding.

Led by Charles Nwofor, founder and head trainer of Flowing Body Pilates, this channel shares the principles behind the Flowing Body Method.

Through practical demonstrations and teaching conversations, we explore cueing, class programming, progressions, adaptations, observation and physical adjustments. Discover how purposeful setup and smooth transitions create accessible, well-composed classes with Flow, Precision and Control.

Our aim is to help you understand the reasoning behind each movement and teach with greater clarity and confidence.
