Mens Mental Health - Not You?

If you know a man who always says, “I got it,” this channel is for you.

I’m Katie Rock, MSW, founder of EmpathTech. I’m interested in the stuff people carry quietly—fatherhood, work, loss, loneliness, starting over, and the pressure to always be the strong one.

Men can ask for help, too. 💙

This isn’t about diagnosing people or waiting for a crisis. It’s about noticing sooner, asking better questions, listening without judgment, and helping people find one real next step.

Current story: Lee & His Girls. After a storm-related garage fire, Lee lost decades of tools, belongings, and family keepsakes. He says he didn’t want a GoFundMe until he realized how much his daughters had lost too.

That made me ask: Who checks on the guy who always says, “I got it”?

@Start the conversation.

I GOT IT → I GOT YOU → WE GOT YOU.

Nobody rebuilds alone.
