WDP - Warehouses with Brains

Warehouses are the linchpin of today's supply chains. They store the food on our plates, the medication we need, the goods we depend on every day.

WDP is a European REIT developing, owning and operating logistics real estate across seven markets: Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Romania. The portfolio spans more than 9 million m² across over 350 sites, valued at roughly €8.7 billion. WDP has been building logistics real estate since 1977 and is listed on Euronext, holding an A3 credit rating from Moody's.

We build more than storage space. Our built-to-suit development, sale and leaseback, and automation-ready warehouse solutions are tailored to how our customers' supply chains actually operate and grow.

This channel shares how we do it: client case studies, warehouse automation, sustainability in logistics real estate, and market updates from across our network.
