Nic Maxwell
ATG Fitness and Health Coach | Knees Over Toes Enthusiast
I’m passionate about helping people unlock their full potential through the revolutionary methods of the Athletic Truth Group (ATG), created by Ben Patrick (aka Knees Over Toes Guy). My approach combines unique, science-backed training techniques to build strength, mobility, and resilience—tailored to your individual needs.
Whether you're recovering from an injury, enhancing athletic performance, or simply striving for a healthier lifestyle, I’m here to guide you with personalized coaching that prioritizes longevity and results. Offering both in-person and virtual training, I make it easy for you to achieve your goals, no matter where you are.
Let’s redefine what your body is capable of—one step, one squat, and one knee-over-toes movement at a time.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me experimenting with new training methods, geeking out on biomechanics, and helping others discover the joy of moving pain-free.
