UM Healthy n Happy living

Helloo Everyone!!!

We are married couple working as software professionals. Being in software industry for more than 10 years, we understood that its time to bring out change in our lifestyle to become more healthy and fit. So we changed our lifestyle during Covid Lockdown and we wanted to share our journey to others and we will be happy if it benefits others.
So we started our channel and planning to share videos on Weightloss , Workouts(yoga), Lifestyle changes, Healthy recipes.

Apart from this, we understand that we lost the habit of listening to telugu stories these days. Stories I read from different sources and are my favourite will be presented in our channel. There will not be much animation for this story series.

We both also want to entertain people, so we are making pretty short vidoes on family fun.
