Ndam4Flow was born during civil war in Ziguinchor, Casamance region in the Southwest of Senegal. As a child and youth he was used to seeing rebels fighting with government troops. His mother raised him to become the strong fighter he is today, transforming all the tragedy into triumph. Being musically gifted, Ndam started rapping and making Afrobeat together with his late brother. A young soldier of the streets, he had to protect himself from gangsters, learning the art of boxing and Senegalese wrestling. Had it not been for his musical successes Ndam would've surely become a professional boxer or MMA fighter.
