Yoga. Ancient knowledge in the 21st century.

Life is the greatest value in yoga philosophy! And everyone who has already come into contact with yoga, this incomparable and grandiose cultural heritage of mankind, is trying to turn their lives into yoga - every action, every thought!
Let me introduce myself, Irina Gorodetskaya, Open Yoga teacher, postgraduate student at the International Open Yoga University. I try to help all people come to yoga, to complete harmony of the inner and outer world, to an exciting feeling of unity and love with all living beings, with life itself. I sincerely do my job - I teach yoga and open this path to everyone. And this path goes through the realization of one's power, one's divine destiny. Therefore, first of all, the secrets of yoga should be comprehended by getting some simple, understandable knowledge, which I will publish for you on my channel. And if you are ripe for practical training, I will be happy to advise where and with whom you can start.
