Brave & Healing Conversations with Selma

Hi, I am Selma. I am a Balkan mom and psychotherapist. I hold space for brave and healing conversations about topics we can all relate to. 

As a trauma therapist, I help Balkan women like you and me heal their wounds. I believe that many of the struggles the Balkans go through are related to intergenerational trauma we have left untreated, and it seeped into our culture and our parenting styles.
