Our Heritage of Health

Our Heritage of Health is all about living a simple, old-fashioned life in our modern world. Hello, my name is Lori, and welcome to my channel! Join me as I live the homesteading life in suburban Massachusetts growing vegetables, flowers, and herbs in my garden, taking care of my small flock of backyard chickens, learning more about using herbs and herbalism, cooking food from scratch, using a sourdough starter, and living a simpler and more natural lifestyle inspired by old-fashioned ways and the history and traditions of those who have lived before us.
