The Traylor Team, LLC Realtors

The Traylor Team is a husband and wife real estate team that consists of Hart and Vanessa Traylor! We are both natives of the Midlands (Hart grew up in Forest Acres and Vanessa in Gilbert/Lexington). We met at USC (go Gamecocks!) in 2005 and got married in 2008. Hart has been working in real estate since 2009, and Vanessa joined him in 2015. Vanessa is currently in the process of obtaining her Broker license. We love working together and believe that our strengths complement each other very well, making us a great team!

We have 3 wonderful sons, and love building memories with them! Our middle son had 2 forms of cancer when he was 2 years old. Because of our deep appreciation for those who treat and care for children with cancer we love to contribute a portion of our commissions each year towards groups to help with research, treatment, care, etc.
