Rachel Wheeley

Hello and welcome to Walk the Pod, the award-winning daily walking podcast that tempts you away from your desk and out into nature for just 10 minutes. I take my podcast for walks because I don't have a dog.

This isn't just a virtual walking club; it's a book club for people who want to move and read a little more. Each day, we walk and talk about books that make it easier to be in the world. We read everything from ancient philosophy to the modern wisdom of Heather Havrilesky, Brené Brown, and Rebecca Solnit.

Welcome to Walk the Pod.
