Island Olive Oil

Welcome to Island Olive Oil Company’s YouTube channel. We want to set the record straight and help you sift through the myths and confusion about all things olive oil. Our videos are made to help answer your questions, celebrate, and share our love of all things olive oil, and just a pinch more. In our videos, we will share how to taste olive oil, identify defects, cook with it, pair foods with it, store it, and admire it for its healthy attributes. We will also be sharing recipes and cooking demos using flavored olive oils, balsamic vinegars, and specialty gourmet items.

We are a small, family owned business in Hawaii, inspired by the highest quality, freshest EVOOs and balsamic vinegars. Our many travels throughout the world have inspired us to create many of the dishes and recipes you will find here. We currently feature over 50 amazing oils and vinegars on tap to choose from, as well as gourmet items, for the simplest of home cooks to the most discerning chef.
