Sounds 4 A Soul

Whether you're looking for something to help you sleep, meditate, calm yourself from anxiety, OR just create a ambience to your space, I want to be there for that. Please enjoy these sounds for a weary soul.
I LOVE throwing on an ambient sound video when I'm feeling stressed, but I'm also very picky about what I like in those videos. I was tired of searching for sounds that satisfied me, so I decided to make my own! and here we are lol.
I'm a huge advocate for mental health (I have severe anxiety, adhd AND bpd myself) so I hope you find this channel helpful when things get rough and you need a safe space to escape.
