RPS Composites

From project inception through design, production, installation and maintenance RPS helps customers realize the full benefits of corrosion resistant composite pipe systems and equipment – by giving them smarter choices.

RPS pipe systems and equipment are used in a wide variety of industrial processing environments including: Chemical Processing, Mineral Processing, Steel Processing, Pulp and Paper, Power – Flue Gas Desulphurization (FGD), Carbon Capture, Coal Combustion Residuals (CCR) Processing, Effluent Limitation Guidelines (ELG) Processing, Steel Processing – Electro Galvanizing and Pickling Lines, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Semiconductor Manufacturing, and Water and Waste Water Treatment.

Our corrosion resistant composite materials include fiberglass reinforced plastics (FRP), also known as GRP (glass reinforced plastic) and RTP (reinforced thermosetting plastics), and dual laminate materials – thermoplastic lined FRP.
