PracticallyPsychology

If psychology hasn’t worked for you, ExistentialNeurobiology may.

I’m a neurodivergent man mapping another way to live.

I was born with hydrocephalus, inherited autistic traits, a mood‑altering anaesthetic at 13, and grew up in emotional neglect.

I spent decades cut off from my own body and emotions; PracticallyPsychology is where I turn that into a map.

Existential Neurobiology is the name I give that map.

It’s a philosophy of being real – existential and visceral.

It starts from the idea that your struggle is not a defect but a signal, and maps how your embodied reactions and symbolic stories collide to create suffering, and how that same machinery can be seen for better Being.

If you feel emotionally numb, your body is foreign or “feelings” don’t make sense, this channel is for you.

Philosophy, psychology or brain science; I exploit ideas that work.

This isn’t clinical advice. I’m a sufferer with a map, sharing what I’ve learned so you don’t have to wander alone.
