GET UP N MOVE

In late May of 2018 I had my very first ambulance ride, it wasn't life threating it was just a kidney stone, but it scared the crap out of me and I decided that day was the day I was going to change my life. Since then I have quit smoking, lost over 60 pounds, and run at least 6 days a week. To help me share my story and my new passions I started a website, www.getupnmove.com and this is the YouTube channel I use to post a semi weekly vlog about my training and the places I run.
