BUB is an electrifying fusion of doo-wop harmonies and post-punk grit, breaking boundaries with their genre-defying sound. Hailing from Tāmaki Makaurau, New Zealand, the band delivers a unique blend of raw energy, dreamy nostalgia, and sharp musicianship.

Formed by Priya Sami, BUB is driven by a powerhouse lineup: Daniel Barrett on bass, David Harris on drums, Joe Kaptein on synthesizers, and Priya Sami on vocals and guitars. Together, they craft a sound that’s as infectious as it is unpredictable—melding vintage vocal stylings with pulsing rhythms, lush synth textures, and razor-sharp guitar hooks.

BUB isn’t just a band—it’s an experience. Whether on stage or in the studio, they bring an undeniable charisma that pulls audiences into their kaleidoscopic world of sound.
