The Little Yoga Company

Welcome to The Little Yoga Company!

My name is Nat and I've been teaching yoga to kids since 2015, both in Copenhagen and Hampshire in the UK.

Whatever age you are, yoga is about exploring the body, developing a sense of respect for ourselves and those around us, and (this is why I love teaching children) we can use our imaginations to weave some yoga philosophy and physical work into fun stories and exciting adventures. I want to help children discover something magical about themselves and the wider world they live in.

We cover topics such as the environment, space travel, pirates, our senses, safari, friendship, our feelings, the changing seasons and many more. That's the beauty of yoga for kids; the theme can be anything, we just use yoga as a tool to express ourselves and learn.

On this channel you will find some fun yoga classes suitable for primary school aged children (mainly 4-11 year olds), as well as some family or parent and child classes.

Namaste :)
