Task Force on National and Homeland Security

The Task Force on National and Homeland Security focuses on cybersecurity assessments and best practices, solutions and policies dealing with the existential threats and
effects, of either cybersecurity threats, or threats from a Geomagnetic Disturbance (GMD), a High-Altitude Electromagnetic
Pulse device (HEMP), a Non-Nuclear EMP (NNEMP) and other threats on America's power grid and water infrastructure. The Task Force gathers a collaborative group of policy, energy, and national security experts, legislators, and industry professionals to analyze and provide subject matter experts to the general public or public policy makers. We are dedicated to the the resiliency and capabilities for rapid restoration of America’s electrical grid and other critical infrastructure. Our director, Dr. Peter V.
