Wyblo

Nowadays, the education system (secondary, undergraduate and postgraduate studies) is mainly focused on performance, students are evaluated just on what they are able to do and not on the effort they put trying it. As a consequence, the solely kind of incentive which the schools provide to its students are external factors of motivation such as:
- Grades;
- Recognition diploma;
- Career perspectives.
In this context, students spend time studying without really appreciating it, what they show, indeed, is a lack of intrinsic motivation, the starting point of a vicious cycle which feeds itself passing through lower satisfaction, lower performance and loss of potential.
To shift this trend, we developed Wyblo, a software-as-a-service which allows professors to get continuous feedback on the motivation and learning progress of students. Thereby improving the impact of their teaching.
