RO Quintessence - The habilitation of being human

Welcome to RO Quintessence
- The habilitation of being human.

I am your host. My name is Charlotte Ander Ernsø - I am a danish Metakognitive Therapist, Teacher of Therapists, Coaches, and Pilates Instructors, Physiotherapist, Stress Coach, Behavior Coach, Performance Coach, Eksistential Coach, Reiki II healer, Psych-K Facilitator and Pilates instructor.

The nordic word RO holds the meaning of calm, peace, silence, balance, tranquelity.
RO is not a goal or just the absence of sound - it is the pathway to life.

I am here to teach, tell, show and help you to the habilitation of being human - through the five pathways of RO Quintessence:

Earth (The Biological RO element)
Water (The Psykological RO element)
Fire (The Social RO element)
Air (The Invironmental RO element)
Essence (The Eksistential RO element)

Welcome to the five pathways to returning to whom you really are - listen, learn and live again.
