ANTHONYCSTEPHEN

Atlanta artist Anthony C. Stephen is a contemporary visual artist whose work centers on photorealistic drawing. His practice focuses on highly detailed figurative portraits created with colored pencils, where careful layering and tonal precision bring each subject to life on paper.

Anthony began drawing at a young age, creating images of the world around him—cartoon characters, illustrations from storybooks, and everyday scenes. Over time, that early curiosity for drawing evolved into a disciplined practice centered on realism and portraiture.

Today, his work is recognized for its depth, texture, and striking realism, with each piece developed through hours of meticulous pencil work. Through his drawings, Anthony explores the power of portraiture to capture presence, personality, and emotion with remarkable clarity.
