Master Lee’s Taekwondo Academy Dallas, Texas

Hello Taekwondo students and families,

We hope that everyone is doing well and staying healthy during this time.

We know that it can be a little hard staying inside so much, so we have decided to help everyone to stay active and physically fit until normal classes can start again.

We will be releasing a number of videos that will help guide your home Taekwondo training. These videos will include everything from stretching to physical workouts to basic techniques.

We encourage everyone to watch the videos and follow along, so that you can keep your bodies active and healthy even while staying at home.

All the videos will be posted to our social media pages like
