GCOMS - Global Campaign On Military Spending

The Global Campaign on Military Spending (GCOMS) started in 2011 as an initiative of the International Peace Bureau (IPB). Our efforts are oriented to introducing military spending into public debate and discourse in order to affect decision-making and make feasible major reductions of military expenditures worldwide.
The campaign advocates for the reallocation of public funding towards human and common security-oriented sectors and particularly towards social and environmental spending.
