First Steps Wellness Centre

First Steps Wellness Centre (FSWC) improves the function, independence, and quality of life for those living with a neurological impairment such as Spinal Cord Injury, Multiple Sclerosis, Brain Injury, Cerebral Palsy and Spina Bifida through researched and intensive activity-based therapy methods.

FSWC is a non-profit organization with charitable status, operated by a volunteer Board of Directors. We provide innovative activity-based therapy (ABT) for people with spinal cord injuries and associated disorders. Our goal is to help improve the motor function of individuals who have suffered neurological trauma or who have neurological conditions, thus improving their independence and overall quality of life. FSWC is located in Regina, SK, and has since opened locations in Winnipeg, MB and Sherbrooke, QC.

Thank you to all of the sponsors of FSWC!
