Pilates Education and Research

We are a team of independent teachers and therapists brought together through their passion for quality and expertise. We are blessed with a wonderful, spacious centre in the heart of South Kensington in London. Tranquil, vibrant, and stimulating, it is the perfect setting for our customers to fulfil their wants and goals, in person and/or virtually. We are grateful for the opportunity to share Pilates with you, and hope that everyone who joins us will feel the benefits.
