Michelle Higgins Yoga

I am an Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher based in Southampton Hampshire UK .
I run regular workshops on a variety of topics - asana technique , yoga philosophy.
I am also a yoga business coach helping trainee, newly qualified and existing teachers set up and develop their business and hone their teaching skills.
All my classes are varied and fun yet challenging .
No experience of yoga is required to join my classes although a reasonable level of fitness would be useful and a sense of humour is essential .
