The ‘San Francisco’ Model of Economic Adjustment

Vienna has a problem, i.e.: Mises’ Economic Computation, or Socialist Calculation, Problem. San Francisco proposes a solution in the SFEcon model of economic adjustment.

SFEcon is an inquiry into the sources of order and stability in capitalist systems. Our investigations proceed from our ‘Model 0’ – which is offered as a direct counter-example to the indissolubility asserted for economics’ calculation problem.

This algorithm controls the continuum of all chaotic physical and financial states, as well as disequilibrium prices, by which an economic system might efficiently guide itself into a new, previously unknown, unique, and equifinal Pareto optimum.
