DRAW DRAW DRAW WITH JAMES THE NONPROFESSIONAL

This is a drawing show that focuses mainly on persistence, patience, and perseverance. I am James the Non-professional. Truth is, I’ve never been paid or commissioned to draw anything, so take what I say with a grain of salt. What I do have to offer, is several decades of persistence in watching, learning and applying the processes and techniques of artists who have done comics and cartoons professionally. Learn to draw comics and cartoons in the four stage process used by many in the drawing industry. It is a process of drawing and re-drawing and then re-drawing again. All this to refine your initial vision and bring to excellence your art piece. Above all, the most useful advice you can get from my show is that through the sheer will of trying and trying and trying again you will see progress in whatever you do.
