Vertical Development Institute

The Vertical Development Institute conducts and curates research on adult development and transformative learning.
We are innovators in the space of L&D, with a mission to support the growth of conscious, mature and future-fit leaders and teams and the rise of developmental organisations. We aspire to make vertical development the norm, not the exception, in organisational learning.
