GUNGNXR

GUNGNXR is the vision of Gungnir McKittrick, a ritual leader who channels the primal energy of Norse folk traditions and fuses it with the ferocity of intense metal. Masked and shrouded in mystery, GUNGNXR blurs the line between performance and ritual, where frame drums, chants, and throat singing summon the atmosphere of the old ways, before erupting into walls of guitars, screams, and thunderous percussion.

In the studio, Gungnir McKittrick composes and records as a solitary creator, building layered soundscapes that honor the ancient past while embracing the brutal modern-day. On stage, GUNGNXR transforms venues into ritual spaces through a convergence of bone, blood, and sound. This is not merely a concert, but an invocation: a seiðr ritual where past and present collapse, and the spirit of Norse tradition collides with the raw power of metal.
