Ràchelle Oakley

I can help you learn about foraging free food, growing your own fruit and veg to not only save you money, but to allow you to eat the tastiest varieties shops don’t sell (because they have a short shelf life and don’t grow in factory conditions). I will teach you how to make your own meals, remedies for common illnesses, save you money on shop-bought items and help you source the best natural foods you’ll never find in the shops. I up-cycle my own furniture, make toys and clothes, repair and reuse as much as I can and over the years have saved my family ££££££’s by learning to be a self sufficient as is possible living on the outskirts of London.
Come with me on this journey, let’s build a community of likeminded people who want to live with abundance and help our wildlife in the process. I want to teach you memorable, quick life lessons that you can pass on to your children without having to save umpteen videos or buy expensive books or products.
