Amygdolor

Amygdolor is a new horror inspired project, blending doom with atmospheric black elements to create a somber atmosphere which engulfs all that feel its brooding presence. Consisting mainly of atmospheric minimalist compositions built around synthesizer drones and swells.

The name is derived from a combination of the words Amygdala and Dolor.
Amygdala; the portion of the brain which is responsible for the perception of emotions such as anger, fear, and sadness.
Dolor; a state of great sorrow or distress.
Amygdolor represents the distress of the Amygdala when coping with crippling anxiey, deep depression, great sadness from loss, fear of stability, and many other factors in life that may cause us to plateau.

It does not stop us, it only inspires us.
Amygdolor, bask in the horror. Let it consume and rebuild you.
