The BMS Project

The BMS Project is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization that assists sports’ advocates to create and maintain safe, positive competitive environments and experiences for young athletes and their families; while also promoting mental health awareness and contributing to suicide prevention.

The BMS Project works with sports’ advocates and organizations, partners, affiliates, and mental health service providers by providing concierge-like advisory and educational suggestions regarding how to respond when confronted with unprecedented situations such as sexual misconduct, bullying/hazing, violence, addictions, substance abuse and child abuse.

We currently provide a Teens Program focused on mental health and suicide prevention; as well as an Early Adolescents Program that encourages supportive adult behavior.  In 2025, we anticipate introducing a Children's literacy, safety and well-being program, along with programs for disabled/handicapped athletes and a program to respect Officials.
