ODU TRiO Student Support Services

TRiO Student Support Services (SSS) is the oldest retention program at Old Dominion University funded by the U.S. Department of Education. Since 1981, SSS has provided support to over 3,000 eligible students. The program is funded to provide services to students from first generation and limited income families as well as students with disabilities. SSS supports the University's mission by providing comprehensive support services to help the students served to successfully graduate from a rigorous academic program by providing a variety of academic support services that include individualized tutoring, success skill development, course planning and advising.
