What is sensing in the creative-therapeutic dialogue? It is the ability to feel, to perceive and detect all the sensations that can occur to the human being, expressed in this creative-therapy. Through the sessions, like singing, the body expresses itself freely, breaking with the limiting schemes inherited unconsciously in order to achieve the sincere recognition of the person. That is to say, the sonorous dialogue deepens in the most intimate part of oneself. The benefit is the congruence in your attitude and action, as well as the bridge to articulate the responses that can be articulated regardless of age.
